Product Info:

  • No more wet bedding in your coop if you use these nipples.
  • No more hanging your waterer and no more daily water bucket cleaning - Your completed waterer will also be able to be placed directly on the ground for refilling and cleaning.
  • Every pack comes with installation helpers and simple instructions
  • We suggest one nipple per every 4 chickens / poultry.
  • Works perfectly for your chickens aged 2 weeks and older
  • Very versatile.  Use these on your cooler, PVC pipes, 55 gallon rain barrels, 5 gallon buckets etc. Pretty much any container you have lying around your house.

All you'll need for installing the watering nipple is an 5/16 of 11/32 drill bit. Drill a hole one inch up from the bottom of the container. The nipple easily screws right into your container with the help of the black installation bit. You want to leave 2-3 threads showing, no need for you to screw them in all the way.

Screw in the threaded chicken nipple so that when you are finished the nipple cup is at the bottom.

Other styles of nipples that you might have tried retain water inside of them. Nipples that retain water are more likely to freeze in winter months. If you keep your water warm then it should be able to flow even in freezing temps.

Notice how your container can be sitting directly on the ground for refilling and cleaning? This is a unique quality that make it easier for you to refill.  Placing the container up on cinder blocks or homemade stands will get it to a perfect height (6-10 inches for full grown hens). No stand needed for chicks.

For chickens 2 weeks of age and older.

For PVC pipes and pressurized systems, we recommend a pressure regulator.
